Desert Moon Intruduces Fresh Made, Cooked to Order Burgers!
A Southwestern/Fresh Mexican twist on America's favorite food.
"THE ALAMO BURGER" and the "ALL AMERICAN CLASSIC"
April 23, 2007 Fred Kirvan, Director of Brand Development for Desert Moon Fresh Mexican Grille, proudly announced today the introduction of two new menu items to Desert Moon: The Alamo Burger & the All American Classic.Guests can choose a burger that is "stacked" with either one or two patties. The Double Stacked version features two patties equaling a 1/2 pound of fresh ground, 100% all beef. Both burgers are prepared to order and never cooked in advance. The Alamo burger is complimented with toppings of caramelized onions, bacon, two slices of real American cheese, lettuce, two slices of tomato and two special sauces; one sauce is made with roasted poblano peppers and the other a slightly sweet BBQ sauce. The All-American Classic remains true to its name with lettuce, tomato and the addition of crispy shaved onions; both burgers are served piled high on a fresh soft Kaiser Roll. "Gourmet quality burgers are a hot item right now and Desert Moon takes pride in keeping up with our Guests demand for high-quality, fresh made food with a Southwest flair," states Kirvan.
Each of these items, are perfect selections for your summer burger cravings. Each item is served with a pickle spear and chips on the side. "We've taken the best and highest quality components to America's favorite food and combined them with our unique brand of Southwestern/Fresh Mexican ingredients. The result is a line of flavorful, made to order Stacked Burgers with a unique twist," says Kirvan.
The Alamo Burger and the All-American Classic Burger will be available at all 21 Desert Moon locations by the end of May 07. The new product is supported with a local print, e-mail and in some markets, a radio campaign. There is also an array of decorative in-house promotional and point-of-purchase materials to proudly announce the newest items to guests.
